Brief history of Digital Weighing Machine

In an ancient time, it is very difficult for traders and merchants to value the goods in return of money. Weighting machine have been discovered in 2000 BC in Indus river valley. Before only 2 plates were used which was attached to the beam in the center pole? Things was measured by putting the objects on one side of the  plate and on second side weighting stone was placed until it reaches to equilibrium for measurement of things.
This one was a perfect balanced instrument and easily measured the weight of goods with its accuracy, but expert cheaters were there to cheat people. The perfect technological development did not start till 18th century as there was no much improvement in industrial area. In 1770s, a British inventor has invented the spring balance to know the accuracy of goods in the different fields. The pressure gets created or exerted on the spring of the instrument and then its perfect weight is measured. This became famous and fairly ran for a longer time, even it is perfect for many people till this date. But, the only problem is a cent percent accuracy. This cent percent accuracy can be seen in a Digital Weighing Machine

Compound lever system

This effective and an accurate way of weighing machine were completely based on the lever and its platform and it was invented to make the weight much more convenient. The load can be placed anywhere on the platform the measurement can easily transferred to the lever of the central part. The supportive knife-edges of the lever transferred the weight to its central part. The lever on the other end now gives reads and gives the result according to that. The completely proper solution was provided and it gave that how the error detection took place and one pound in each ton. His invention made the work easi and reliable to almost everyone in England.

Electronic Weighing Machine

Later by 1940s weighing machine is introduced in electronic form where loads cells are placed in every electronic machine whose main role is to convert weight into electronic signals. Load cells contain thin and metal foil transistors which are in electronic form known as strain gauges. In simple way when any load is applied it will lead to the compression of strain gauges which will results in change of electrical resistance which will change its output signals in proportion of weight.
The function of the modern digital weighing machine for measuring work with a great efficiency and thus people still use this effective way of weighing machine. A number of different types of weighing machines are- digital scales, pocket scales, beam scales, spring balances and industrial scales. Thus, it is very important for people to get the right weighing scale to eradicate the problems of weighing. This is the reason of a number of inventions, but finally the electronic weighing machine has done everything perfect.
